Dunkin' - Cherry Hill

0 stars. I managed 3 Dunkins here in Burlington County and she yelled at me and told me I dont know what I want. As someone who opened a Dunkin store and trained Dunkin managers Ive never seen a worse Dunkin in my life. Do not go to this Dunkin in Cherry Hill unless you want the wrong order and extremely rude service. I can only recommend if you like getting yelled at by people who dont know English dont understand customer service and excel at terrible food service.

Gia (wife who commands to drive with the car) and gagan (male at the car-dru checkout) are the worst people I have surpassed. they are very hostile and rude. the guy who looked, didn't want to help me and explain anything. he started yelling at me and threw a fit when I just asked him to scan my member ID. I'll never come back to this Dunkin site. they are so rude and the woman gave me dirty faces and spoke of me to her personal. I quote in her words: “These customers are so stupid that they don’t know anything but they want to come here and get coffee,” I have never had a service. that was a service I will never use. I will also cancel the member ID card with them. because this service at this place has bleededed me away. please save your money and time. my food tastes like soap, but the coffee is good, it's just her service, that's the problem. never again! find better workers!

Went there with a gift card and bought a coffee. They charged the cardfor 9 coffees instead of 1 coffee and would not honor the loss by me.

They never get my order right. The lady alpa is always on her phone not paying attention to customers. Always arguing with other employees. Staff picks up food of the floor and serves it to customers. They don't wear gloves or proper hair nets or hats. Never apologize for messing up your order. And no matter how many times you complain it does no good.

The order with my bank deny! update the phone number on the website and google. they literally gave me a cold avocado toast with roasted tomato. note was roasted. note was heated. I'm disgusting. I literally wasted my money.
