Wendy's - CHEROKEE

The dining experience was very good, with pleasant staff members, although the service took a little longer than I would have preferred.

The burger was overcooked. The milkshake was frothy but lacked flavor. It wasn't even chilled.

Every time I come to this Wendy’s I have to wait in line for at least 30 minutes to even have my order taken. Haven’t gone back since I got food poisoning from here. If I could give zero stars I would.

Do not visit this restaurant. The staff is nice, but the food is not good. The burgers were so cold that I had to spit them out because I was afraid to swallow them. I returned the food at the window and received two more lukewarm burgers. It was very disappointing. They need a microwave. Do not waste your time here.

35 minutes sitting in the drive thru. But at least the order was right..
