Dairy Queen - CHEROKEE

We were the only car in the drive-thru and there was no one in the dining room waiting for their food, yet it took 25 minutes for our order to arrive—and it was wrong. I received a burger that was supposed to have no mustard but was covered in it, and we were missing sandwiches as well as dipping sauce for the chicken strips. When we brought this up to a female staff member, she snapped back that “I’m sorry, we’re busy,” and then walked away. The fact that they were busy shouldn’t have affected our order, especially since others were seated after us within 8 minutes.

I went through the drive-thru just to grab an ice cream cone, and it was fantastic!

Stopped in last night after a bad experience a few months ago. First complaint, no soap in the restroom. Just gross. There wasn't even an empty container. If I had seen this before ordering I would have just left. We had been on the road for hoursand just wanted a quick me. Waited 20 minutes for two chicken strip baskets while we watched employees stand around the frontdoing nothing. Got our order with no sauce for the chicken and I wasn't going back. I have been patient with places and lowstaffing, etc. but getting tired of horrible service and rising prices. I won't be back here, ever.

We went to DQ in Cherokee yesterday and today... both days Richard made our Malts... HE DID AMAZING and should be the trainer for those who don't know how to make them properly, like the evening/weekend guy... PLZ TRAIN HIM PROPERLY SO WE CAN HAVEAWESOME MALTS EVERY TIME!!!!!! THANK YOU Richard for doing such a great job... stay blessed DQ AND CREWS!!!

The restaurant was out of slushees, vanilla ice cream, and Oreos, which made it really hard to place an order. The wait was extremely long and frustrating.
