Cher-Mignon - Chermignon

Everything was fabulous. the menu was delicious, fine and well balanced, the service type, warm, competent, the chef shares his passion through his creations at a place where authenticity, simpleness and raffiness are present. can't wait to come back, thank you for a wonderful New Year's Eve.

We were not disappointed at all with this cozy place that we discovered when first came to Crans Montana. The food is really delicious, products were all seasonal and fresh. The dinner was simply amazing, have never tried better risotto and Noix de Saint Jacques (Scallops)...were just incredible. And desert...this chocolate cake with salted caramel and sorbet can not be described...The service was very good, waitress pay attention to every detail. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this evening and we will definitely recommend to everybody who is near Crans Montana/ Chermignon, to savor delicious menus at this place !

Love this place! we have stayed in some hotels in the past in the crisis, including some 5* hotels and chermignon has by far the best rooms. if they like small, cute, cozy, comfortable and authentic atmosphere, they don't see anymore. Many thanks for having both a magical stay. Ps:from a hotelier perspective, breakfast surpassed any other breakfast, made with love and delicious local products. a must stay!

We had a wonderful dinner in the cafe chermignon, which creates gastronomic excellence with the warm atmosphere of a local caffe. friendly team, very good selection of local weeping, excellent product scurcing, beautiful environment. highly recommended if they are not on a budget. also think...the night in their picturesque and comfortable rooms that are fantastic worth for money. thanks to all in the caffe cherry mignon!
