Restoran Steamboat Le Tien - Cheras

This chinese seafood steamboat restaurant has tons of tables but yet it is still fully booked or needing to queue up to wait for tables during weekends. Tables are already filled to the brim till roadsides. Food wise are just average nothing really to shout about.

Around Taman Segae Leisure Mall area, this is definitely one of the best hot pot steamboat restaurant you can have around Cheras area. Great pork broth soup natural taste and very fast efficient service. As soon as you order from your phone, it comes within 2-3 minutes! Definitely worth coming for those who want fast service!! Come earlier during dinner time as it does get busy from 6.15pm to 7.30pm period.

Used to come here often but never again. Food wasn’t fresh and the dumplings had a bad smell and there was a rat running around the restaurant nearby the refrigerator. Was checking the bill upon payment (am Chinese illiterate so took some time and asked) but the ladyboss was giving the dead stare all along. Overall experience beyond unsatisfactory.

Very delicious pork bone steamboat. Their Pork bone soup base is very unique and yummy. The QQ tofu is a must order. I would definitely go back again.

It is not easy to bring 3 young kids few years old to do SteamBoat as they only love McD and BK and Pizza type. The SteamBoat outlet must be unique to entice them and keep them alive. So we choose this as it is always super full and have to sit to wait for your turn. We found out they have 1st floor seating as well and they charge not oer head basis but per items. All in all, Max 2 Adult 3 kids total Rm175. It is tasty and kids love the Fried Chicken Wing. However some items like Spinach are over price Rm9.90 for 1 plate. So the point given 7/10.
