Today we ordered a veg biryani which we received at our residence. To our surprise we received chicken flesh and a bone in the VEG BIRYANI. When we contacted the restaurant they said they unknowingly mixed up the chicken masala with the veg biryani. They seemed very casual about it. Trying to denly the fact that the way they prepare food itself is a problem. When questioned more they agreed for a refund. We received a refund immediately.
