We really enjoyed eating and we felt good vibes in itlaian food restaurent. Ppl, the food really well served and took care of us well. Manager Asia is wonderful person with good smile. This mask cannot see her face. Pls remove this mask culture.

Large 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of the city. even if they do not plan to stay there, they have many small cafeterias and restaurants on the ground, all five stars in the eye. They could spend half a day visiting only their facilities. we spent some time in the fabelle caffe filled with chocolate and a few hours eating in their fine five stars restaurant. great place, really enjoyed it!

Amazing hospitality and service. The staff really went above and beyond in making sure that our stay was comfortable. Unexpected gestures such as putting flowers near our makeshift temple were a great touch! The facilities are top notch, staff is always courteous and helpful. If you get lost in the hotel and ask a staff member for help, they’ll personally guide you to the right place regardless of how far is it. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Overall, a good experience the food was sumptuous properly cooked,dined and served. The staff was supportive caring as well as overwhelming. Although there were a little inexperienced. The spread for the dinner was good but not competative. Its a good luxury experience.

This place is amazing and I am right now staying here. The service , staff , rooms and food. It amazing. I just don’t feel like going out since it like beautiful within the property. Take ITC one tower rooms they premium and bigger. In room dinning has so many options. The bathrooms Ara huge and amazing.
