Some tables not only have padded chairs, but also armchairs and/or sofas. There is also a fairly large outdoor terrace. It is served, give your pastry request after selection at the cake counter, with drinks, whether hot or cold. Beer, champagne and wine are available in addition to coffee and tea specialities. And an egg liqueur for coffee must not be missed: excellent bakery, fast and friendly service, cheap prices. Cafè, it's hard to do. June 2022 I have to take out a star, hopefully only temporarily. The offer of delicious bakery is still available, really good! But only to take. No more cafe company! This is based on the homepage with a lack of employees. A sad fact, many employees in the gastronomy have no longer returned to this industry after the corona restrictions and are now on the other hand. Moreover, the operation of confectionery in June 2022 is limited to Friday Sunday due to extensive construction work near the building. I very much hope that better times will reset the fifth star. The construction work will be completed sometime, then there are normal opening hours again. Whether new employees can be serviced in the Cafè must be maintained. It would be a pity for this place if the cafés were no longer available.

A charming confectionery with cafe (the latter unfortunately at the moment closed by the castle Rabenstein. Torts and cake fans are here at their expense! The staff is always friendly and patient in decision-making difficulties that can arise through the wide range of cakes, cakes, pastries, ice cream and other treats; And everything tastes really good!! We were invited to a family party at Coffee Schmidt.Leider was not possible due to the high number of (11) people to choose the cake themselves. In advance, this is not possible due to the high rush at the time of coffee.The selected cakes were very tasty. Extra wishes, tea, cocoa were accepted, for coffee Crema or Hague or cappuccino would have to be answered with so many special requests They are waiting for a while in a not very pleasant tone. This prompted us to put some wishes back and drink the coffee from the coffee can.The employees have already worked under stress but a little more kindness would have been nice. We have not allowed ourselves to express any extra wishes.
