The driver had to wait an extra 10 minutes at the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and wrong, and the coffee had a sour taste.
Recently, they've been forgetting to add my caramel swirl, which is the main reason I order this coffee.
The restaurant typically gets my order right, but unfortunately, today it was incorrect. I'm really disappointed.
