Roosters Piri Piri - Cheltenham

I ordered late but the food was absolutely amazing. The chicken was delicious and full of flavor. I would definitely order again!

The order was very delayed and the person on the phone was rude and difficult to understand. I asked him to slow down because I couldn't understand him, but he mocked me instead. The food was delicious, but the person who took my order needs a lesson in customer service. I'll be having a chat with him tomorrow to straighten things out.

Travelled miles to be told we had to wait mins to order. mins later told they weren't taking any more orders! No explanation or apology.

Food took hour to be delivered to find that there was no bun on burger and food was cold with burnt chicken that tastes like charcoal and peri salt on all chips when was only meant to be peri salt on chips.hope...I get full refund as was worst chicken shop I've ever ordered from.

Husband just ordred food took hours to arrive and came without the chicken wrap ordered! No attempt to rectify the situation. Extremely poor service.
