Arctic Breakaway - Chelsea

We were treated as if we were a nuisance not a paying customer. Staff are clearly unhappy and undervalued. They take it out on the paying customers. Will never go back here again. I wonder if they would have any customers if it wasn't for the ice arena.

Surprising place for being part of an Arena. You should try it. Especially if you like Sports Bars, and relaxed atmospheres. Service is a little slow because they seem to be understaffed, but the employees are good at their job and very friendly.

The best place to go for taco Tuesday. Always have great specials during Michigan sports

So sad, it was my first visit and we weren’t even acknowledged when we walked in. So we sat down and waited …the waitresses did see us many times we asked for a menu and then never got a menu or waited on. The only time they noticed us was as we walked out we made it all the way down the stairs and someone who worked there asked if we were helped at all and we told them we did not get any service at all, she kindly offered to order us a drink on her but at that point we were already not interested. Wanted to love it! Super disappointed.

Last minute group gathering and they were more than willing to set up a small space for our group. Great food and genuinely great, friendly people!
