Give me my food with a drink in a straw in a box on a tray I said is the napkins in there and my sauce? Yes, ma? Are you all? guess what no sauce no napkins nothing but my burrito and a taco and cinnamon Twist I? m mad
I celebrated my birthday tonight in this beautiful place. We had a fantastic evening and the place was undoubtedly the reason for the fertile evening. The crew helped gracefully, the cooking was delicious and my friends were very happy. We will definitely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you.
Previous review was 2 stars for terrible service and quality of food. They held this review over several re-tries of this place. Today I am delighted to increase the star rating for 3 stars, as today the team has done a wonderful job in preparing my and my staff food. Also were able to get the $5 box in an actual $5 container box as advertised. The box helps to contain the food better than put everything in a bag. Will increase stars when Store proves to continue to provide a good service.
Service was TERRIBLE. Food was TERRIBLE. The workers clearly have no idea how to work in customer service, and they clearly care nothing about even doing a halfway decent job. I get that mistakes will happen, but at least train your staff to properly handle mistakes as they occur. I ordered one Mexican pizza, two spicy potato tacos, and a chicken quesadilla in the drive thru. I get home only to realize that my quesadilla is not in the bag, so I decided to drive back to get it , and once I get there and explain politely, I?m told ?please pull forward?. Once I get to the window a man says ?that?s my fault?. Not once did anyone apologize or even attempt to rectify the situation. To top it off, the potatoes in tacos were hard, stale, and CLEARLY old. I would have been completely fine with the situation had their staff at least acknowledged that they inconvenienced a Customer. An ?I?m so sorry and it won?t happen again? goes a long way. Lost my service. NEVER AGAIN.
Do you like getting mystery bags at the end of parties? Because that?s kinda like what this is. I am in no way exaggerating when I say that I have legitimately never once gotten the correct order at this location. It?s always a roll of the dice gamble of an adventure trying to eat from here.
