Tilbagemelding
Bidrage med feedbackNo pizza is hot and ready. We were asked to raise when nobody was behind us. Why is there even a drive?
Mucchh better management now. this was my third time. ordered online and pizza was hot and ready when I arrived. don?t know why I decided to give them another chance after all the unanswered calls and half cooked pizzas but i?m glad I did! whatever y?all are doing, keep it up!
I went here 1 time, and that was definitely enough for me! VERY VERY Slow service, and they definitely need more employees, and better management! Plus the place doesn't look to clean, or sanitary. Butvthey give your kids a small bag of cookies i guess to make up for the wait, slow service, and the very very short lady talks to much! The point of a drive-thru window is for faster service, and to get your food quicker, but not here they'll talk your ears off, or make them bleed not literally. They need faster cook times, and faster service in all aspects of the pizza business! Plus there not professional at all!
Hot n ready??? LOL. Went by on Monday for a ?birthday tradition?. I?ve used this location before for pizza parties. Never had an issue, order was correct and ready upon arrival. Well Monday was a totally different experience. (I also went a couple of months ago and had similar experience but was more forgiving as it was later at night. First off, let?s start with ordering on the app. Cool, tells me when it will be ready. I even give them an extra 10 minutes to prepare it just in case. I get there and the line is wrapped around the building. (The app states whether to pick it up in store or at the window, I selected window as I did not know if they had strict Covid protocols . We wait a solid 20 minutes in line only moving 1 car. The line had come and gone 3 times over because of the time it took. Whilst in line, I get out of the car, walk in. Not greeted or even acknowledged. Only 2 people working at 5 o clock on a Monday. A kid and a manager I suppose? After standing there for quite some time, older lady asks what I need, I said I had an online order. She called off like 4 names after I told her my name. I told her my name again, then she said oh ok here. And wasn?t sure if I could just grab my drink out of the cooler, I did anyways. Walked back out to my car. Line still hasn?t moved. Got in my car and drove off. Now to the order?. I ordered a deep deep dish pizza. Definitely not the DDD I?ve always gotten. Not even close. Very disappointing. Crust barely done. Crazy bread was ok? marinara seemed old. I say all that to say, if they ran line a normal little caesers, they would have cheese and pepperoni ready at all times. Anyone with a custom order, sure take it and then tell them to go wait in the parking lot. Not at the window where the people that ordered ahead of time, or just want a hot n ready can get their stuff and go. When I went in there were no pizzas waiting for anyone. They were making everything to order? save your time and get dominos. It?s a shame really. Could be a great store.
Just had the $5 lunch box from the Chelsea, AL location. Called and asked the lady to put a little love into it and let me tell ya... BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD FROM A LITTLE CAESARS. Things have been rough for this little store because of employee turnover and poor management. The new manager is doing a GREAT JOB. Thank you for the great pizza. Also, I paid extra for a Ham, Pineapple, and Onion pizza. IT WAS PHENOMENAL.
