I Booked pool side rooms but hotel refused and charged extra for room upgrade food quality is third class

Let me begin by saying that I'm typically a very tough food critic, but this place nailed it! The food and service here are outstanding. I’m not one to leave reviews but wow this was so disappointing and nothing tasted good. I ordered Canoas, carne de res guisada, and rellenos de papa. The Canoas were extremely greasy and unseasoned. The Carne guisada was so extremely dry and unseasoned I’m baffled,, and it was served with so much rice I could have it for 2 weeks. It was also so poorly packaged. Who serves dry guisada? The relleno was okay but again, where is the seasoning?!?! I ordered through Uber eats so I’m not sure if the good reviews are in person orders. Wish I could have my money back lol spent $30+ to just throw it all away. I expected wayyyyy better taste wise and this was NOT it.

Ordered catering for an event. Everything went well, it was reasonably priced, and the food was good. The Beef Cheese empanadas, the Chicken cheese empanadas , and the Tres leches cake were a hit!

The food its very tasty and economic. 100% recommended
