Bidrage med feedbackSince my local buffet no longer carry General's chicken, Hong Kong is my next best pick for it. I take advantage of their combo dishes, so my usual order is General Gau's Chicken with Crab Rangoon and Chicken Teriyaki. All this for $15! They don't ask me what drink I want, and I doubt my cup will get refilled anyway. I enjoy being left alone, but I wouldn't mind a refill... The dish comes out piping hot, so I RECOMMEND you wait a few minutes before chowing down. Also, after your dish arrives, staff will disappear forever until you're done. Similar to previous visits, I'm usually surrounded by either empty tables and maybe 1/2 parties. The bar/keno room appears to be where the real business is at, though. Almost forgot! You gotta ask for the sauce to dip the rangoons in, if you catch them in time.
Grew up here, Hong Kong has always been a go-to for Chinese food in this town. Don't make it back all that much but had to have some Hong Kong on this trip. Great food, excellent atmosphere.
I just ordered some wings and when I came in to put it, the lady was having trouble charging my card using their card machine. She got frustrated and threw my card back to and snatched the food from in front of me and said I had to leave if I didn’t have cash. I was close to flipping out but another employee came and charged my card with no issues. No one apologized and they kinda just shoed me off. That lady at the register is total b
Food is great. Customer service is rude. I call to just check on my order and I get yelled at because I called. Never heard of a business not wanting a paying customer to call to pay for more food or sodas. Do better Lady.
Food was fine. Waiter was weird, innapropriate, and creepy. He was an older guy and commented on my tattoo and groped my arm. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
