Subway - Cheektowaga

I waited for 10 minutes at the counter while the staff frequently glanced my way but never approached me to take my order. Eventually, I decided to leave in frustration. I expected to be treated with respect as a customer, but the service—or rather, the complete lack of it—was disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I’m giving it 1 star only because there isn’t an option for zero.

Why do they even have a restaurant where you can customize your order if the staff gets frustrated when making subs? To top it off, they didn't have any tomatoes, which made it even more frustrating. Overall, I firmly believe that if someone doesn't enjoy their job, it’s better for them to leave than to make the experience miserable for everyone else.

Wow, I am quite disappointed. I cannot recommend this particular restaurant location. The staff seemed poorly trained, which reflects a major oversight by management. There were only a total of 1 Italian roll and 2 wheat rolls available for subs. The employees didn't know the vegetables or how to prepare the salad or the melt.

The food was terrible

They made the sub fast and the sub was delicious.
