No tap-to-pay option, and the pump requires you to press a button before it starts. Even when the gas pump lever is fully depressed, the fuel doesn't start pumping. Additionally, the gas prices are high. I would recommend avoiding this place.
On a less positive note, the bathrooms could use some improvement, as they are a bit rough, and there aren't enough stalls for a truck stop of this size on US69. Additionally, the paper towel dispensers can be quite frustrating. I can only comment on the men's restrooms, so I'm not sure if the women's are similar.
I visited this Flying J early in the morning on September 16, 2022, at 3:00 AM to take a shower. The cashier informed me that all nine showers needed cleaning. I waited for 30 minutes, but no one came to clean them. I don’t want to leave negative feedback, but this Flying J really needs to enhance their service for truckers. We fill up hundreds of gallons of fuel here, and it's disheartening when there are no clean showers available. I hope management will take steps to improve service in the future.
