Finally a good change.Since Melissa has worked there the orders are right everything looks good the environment is good and clean.Melissa keep up the great work!! :)Subway you finally have some one there getting orders right is friendly.Which in the food bussiness accuracy and friendliness is key to a sucessful bussiness.I would for sure offer incentives to keep her as good employees are hard to find I know this personaly being the IT lead.
Employee says just so you know, I am not good with folding wraps and then oh, i forgot to put the bacon on it, do you want me to wrap the bacon so you can take it home? This was after I had to remind him that the wrap was supposed to have avocado on it to begin
Extremely rude customer service. They Messed up the orders. They don't even know what's in thier own sandwiches. Tammy was very snappy, saying she was to busy was not staying on phone. She didn't even offer to fix the subs. Never ordering from there again. Not the first time orders were incorrect.
Tammy was rude and told me how gross tuna was while I was ordering it. Then told me they didn't have red onion while I was looking at them. When I ate the sandwich I pulled a long hair out of it.
