Jersey Mike's Subs - Chattolanee

My husband and I visit this location a once or twice every few weeks for a light quick dinner. The service is usually decent at best, the staff is always young teenagers with little to no adult supervision in a management role they seem as though they don't like their jobs. My husband went to pick us up a quick meal and we were disappointed with our subs. I kept mine simple turkey but the bread was literally falling apart crumbly not as fresh and soft. My husband order was completely wrong. He ordered a chciken cheese steak and was given a beef cheese steak which was over dressed and had grease leaking out. He had to leave the house to go back. The staff at this location tried to tell my husband what he received was chicken and the dark color was because of the grill my husband said no way its chicken. No chicken is ever dark and if it thr grill is super dirty which its not good! The staff just stared at my husband as if he was going to leave. My husband ended up getting a turkey sub made in place of wring order. Not the greatest experience at all probably our last time at this location. It's amazing how the Ellicott city location they are friendly inviting with the customer service and subs are great. Get some pointers from them and get managers to supervise properly!!

Lots of profanity and vulgarity from staff while talking (loudly) amongst each other and while lounging in the kitchen area of the store as I waited to be helped.

Whoever owns this jersey mike restaurant need to come and look at how it's being ran ....for one when you first walk in the restaurant... the tables was dirty and when you order your food the person who cutting the meat and the person who adding all my lettce and tomato didn't have gloves on they didn't have hair net on or face mask it look like it was a buger in one of the girls nose who was making my sandwich it just look really dirty in there ..I will not be returning ...

The food is not the issue, the staff which appears to be run by the youth there, seems to need better supervision, these kids don't put there phones down to accomplish the task at hand , and the attitude you get when they make a mistake is unbelievable. Like I said better supervision is needed.
