Panda Express - Chattanooga

Wasn?t aware until we got there that the restaurant is in a university student center; on street parking only; is the student center even accessible to the general public?

I went to them today and not only were they behind, the manger Kaylyn was so rude.... It was absolutely absurd. I will not be returning and finally when I got my food it was not hot!! I wish I could give zero stars. And he staff were just as disrespectful to the point that a customer had to check her for her disgusting attitude.

I would like to know why are you making everything so spicy. Some people don't like spicy foods. you had a mixture of spicy and non-spicy. now the orange chicken is so spicy, I can't even eat that. I only had two choices and that was Orange Chicken Teriyaki chicken. now I have to eliminate panda express, as a choice, because you're only catering to people, who like spicy food. I am losing my favorite restaurant.

I normally eat here once a week because staff is friendly and the food is usually quite good but I ate there this morning and have never felt more sick in my life. The chicken wasn?t cooked and the breading was soggy. I am not happy with my experience

The food I had was the worst I've ever experienced. It was far too expensive for dishes that didn't even come close to being warm.
