Nikki's Drive Inn - Chattanooga

Nikki’s has been in this same spot for years with the same small menu but everything they do is amazing!! The burgers, the onion rings the shrimp!! OMG you must go here for lunch!!

Fantastic restaurant! I ordered the shrimp plate, which included a side salad and fries. The six shrimp were so large that I couldn't finish them all. My husband had the catfish, and he enjoyed it as well. The wait staff was exceptional—very friendly and attentive. The only downside is that they don't accept credit cards, so you'll need to bring cash or use the ATM available in the restaurant.

This is one of those quirky local diners that deserves a spot on the food network. Not that the cuisine is that memorable it's just one of those iconic neighborhood dives (sorry Nikki's! that we love. Great fried chicken burgers. Always crowded.

Absolutely fantastic! This small restaurant truly knows what it’s doing, and with more than seventy years of experience, it’s no surprise. There isn’t a single item on the menu that isn’t delicious. My personal favorites include the cheeseburger, hot dog, and the chicken livers (I like them without bacon). And the onion rings are exceptional—truly unlike any others you’ll find! Larry Gatlin was spot on when he said this is the must-visit place for shrimp every time he’s in Chattanooga; they are outstanding, along with everything else on the menu.

I took my wife and two kids to this restaurant for dinner, and I can confirm that the shrimp really are enormous! The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive. I ordered the Seafood Platter and was very pleased with it. Plus, our total bill came to under $30, which makes it great to have a quality, affordable dining option right near home.
