Krispy Kreme - Chattanooga

Again I walk to Krispy Kreme to get some donuts and the doors are locked they make up their own hours here and they make me go get in line in drive thru . They are so rude here. Ok some are nice but that’s single digit amount.

The man taking the order could’ve sounded a little less irritated about having to take my order, but at least the donuts were good. I highly recommend the different pumpkin spice donuts they have right now… especially the pumpkin cheesecake- it’s dangerously good!

For a simple donut that will never let you down? Go no further than Krispy cream! As a young boy, this was where mom and I would always go after she got her paycheck every few weeks. Seeing the locations in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge closing was more than a threat to me. I can't imagine losing Krispy Cream as a whole. This location serves no lesser service than what I come to know 20 years ago. They are fast to fulfill orders and good to their customers. What more can you ask for?

Girlie did not look like she wanted me there bru . another girl came in and she was all smiles and rainbows but when she took my order she didn’t seem the happiest. when i smiled at her she just glared at me tbh. still got my donuts tho

I used the drive-thru and ordered a dozen original glazed donuts. When I arrived home and opened the box, I discovered that there were only 10 donuts inside. I called the restaurant and was told that I needed to return that day to have it corrected. It was already late in the afternoon and I didn't want to drive back as I live about 30 minutes away. My recommendation would be to check your order before leaving the drive-thru.
