Kfc - Chattanooga

Place is trash. Showed up at 10:05. Google maps says they close at 10:30. Was told with attitude that they were already closed. Really need to update the business hours then. Just a person from out of town looking for a quick meal after a long day of work.

Filthy location. Filthy bathroom. Staff is disorganized and not very friendly. I would never go back to this KFC location.

Chicken tinders were nothing but bread and the fries were stale. All my tinders looked like the one in the photo.

This is all I would give them...amazingly, I was there perhaps between 730-800 in the evening only to find the doors locked and a woman mopping the floor...She looked up and pointed me toward the drive-thru window...as I had walked there, I got behind a car and waited my turn. Something like a Mr. Bean comedy at first. Got up to window...cash in hand for a simple extra crispy chicken sandwich...obviously to go...and the young woman was on her phone to whoever, asking him to pick up windshield wipers, paying little attention to my order which I repeated five different times...kept asking if I wanted the meal...finally she attended me, Imasked for some sauces on the side...she took order for car behind me...young gentleman came up, gave me a cold stare and tossed bag sans sauce down and walked away...quite taken aback...woman said they were 'understaffed ' I am sorry, working at a fast food joint isn 't fun and most kids are there only for the paycheck...but this was insane! No smiles, no happiness...nothing...just a MacJob...

This KFC is by far the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The staff acts like taking your order is a hassle and that you're just a bother to them. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ended up having to pull over and wait for about 20 minutes. They messed up my order and provided a chicken sandwich that was supposed to have no mayo, but was completely covered in it. This will definitely be my last visit.
