Jack's - Chattanooga

They have very good grilled chicken sandwiches. we like the rolls they use and the taste of the huh is great. many almost food has just fried chicken for sandwiches, so it's great to have a healthier alternative. they have green beans as side also available. we found their service fast and the sandwiches hot.

My ex must work here because these fries are SALTY.4 stars because they forgot my fries and had to send in my new man to get them. Probably the best fast food chicken tenders though.

I have been to this restaurant 4 times and only 1time have I received the right order. This is the worst Jack's I've seen. The drive thru don't care. I have asked for chicken sandwich and I get hamburger's. This location needs a new manager. Someone that cares.

The general manager [Bryan Knight] was RUDE and the service is terrible!

The service at this location is great!! People were friendly and the service was fast. I have been here on several occasions and the only thing that I wish they would get right was the food quality. I seem to always get the biscuits that are hard and burnt. The Chicken always tastes like its kept in the creese too long. If they worked on that, then they would get the 5th star.
