Domino's Pizza - Chattanooga

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unhelpful and not professional at all. The restaurant was not clean, and my pizza arrived cold. I really don't understand how they manage to operate like this. I won't be returning, and I recommend you don't spend your money here either. There's a Pizza Hut just next door.

We have been thoroughly disappointed with the service at this location. Previously, we placed an order and were informed that it had been delayed due to a larger order, resulting in a wait of over an hour. Today, I called to ask about a large order for the weekend and was told they had another order scheduled for that time. When I asked if I should consider calling another location, the person abruptly hung up on me. This behavior is very unprofessional and rude. We will not be returning to spend our money here.

Tuesday, May 24th: I could focus on the fact that I almost waited over an hour for my order, which ended up being canceled. But instead, I want to highlight how hard the staff was working under immense pressure that day! They truly deserve five stars for managing all that stress and rising to the challenge. I was eager to try their pizza, as I noticed they maintained high quality even while making a large volume. Although my order was canceled, I see it as a small blessing for the team, as it relieved them of one less pizza amid a hectic day. This team expertly managed large orders, dealt with short staffing, and navigated through rush hours without missing a beat! I’m genuinely impressed and grateful to witness how they worked together during such challenging times instead of falling apart. Hats off to the team for handling everything so well! I definitely plan to return someday to experience the quality of your pizzas!

I would have loved to try a pizza from them, especially after seeing how dedicated they were to maintaining quality while producing so many pizzas. Although my order was canceled, it lightened their load amidst the chaos, and I understand that they were doing their best. This Domino's location is fantastic! The quality of the food is excellent, and you really get your money’s worth. You can easily feed a family of four for just $20. If you're looking for high-quality food that's quick and affordable, Downtown Chattanooga's Domino's is the place to go. The staff is friendly and efficient. The General Manager, Scott, has done an impressive job ensuring that pizzas are delivered to your door in under 30 minutes on average.
