Chili's Grill - Chattanooga

Okay the only reason it's not five stars is because I don't go there enough to know if that was the best it had to offer or not. But the experience was pretty great I just went there with a friend and we split a meal and our waitress even gave us a little hack on how to make it a little bit cheaper we had a great time and our food was super great. If you haven't tried the Mexican corn definitely get that it's so good. But we didn't sit there at the bar other people were and they were getting drinks and everything so if you're looking for a good bar with food you should check that out. Pretty good prices I think for splitting and drinks and everything it was like $20 including the tip so it wasn't bad for two people. Everything was pretty clean it wasn't too crowded it was a weekday around lunch. They're looking for a lot of options for lunch definitely go there.

Absolutely couldn't have had a better dining experience. The staff was super friendly and our waitress was attentive and happy. On top of that the food came quickly and was delicious. I'll will definitely be visiting this Chili's location more often.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! I arrived around 8:30 on a Saturday night and the regular seating area was empty, with only about 5 tables in the bar area. Despite this, I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. The tables were dirty and the floor was covered in fries and paper towels. When our food finally arrived, the plates were practically thrown in front of us. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, however, the service is extremely poor. It can take 10-20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you after you walk in, and another 10-20 minutes before you are seated. The waitstaff rarely checks in on you, and it appears they may be understaffed as you often see them on their phones instead of attending to customers. During my last visit, I placed a curbside order and it took 40 minutes longer than expected to be ready. I ended up waiting for over 50 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
