Saucey Bones - Chatsworth

Great food !! Best Hamburgers in town and onion rings .

The food is nothing special and the service and staff were ok at one time but now it seems like all the employees are highschool kids that spend all their time in the parking lot or texting rather than doing any work but i think its a family run restaurant so you gotta expect that. When i was their the kids mocked a lady in the drive thru line and spent the entire time talking about some other kids on facebook or walking around the parking lot texting. People in this area keep the place afloat because they really like a bar-b-q joint but the management does nothing to provide a special experience they just want to sell the product and make a buck. There are much better joints in the area but they are a farther drive away.

Close the doors or new management. The food is ok not the greatest had better, I live in chatsworth only place to get bbq (unless its after 8pm or 3pm on sat) which I find sad. I have never got good service inside or at the drive thru which I think is slower than a snails pace no one cares about the service unless you know someone there then you might get quicker service. I don,t and never will recommend this place to anyone, and the person that mentioned the red headed lady she needs to go asap have had bad experience also with her. please somebody held we need bbq with good service and open after 8 and 3 on sat open on sunday wow

Don't ask to have tots instead of fries!!!. Asked the young lady at the register if I could get tater tots instead of fries with the special. She asked an older red haired woman about the menu change. A normal I'm sorry we can't do that would have been fine. The multiple no! no! no! no! no!, shaking her head and acting like we were asking for something out of this world is what we got. The older woman walked off still saying no, slightly laughing as if we had offended her or she was appalled we had asked for such an incredible thing. Don't go in and ask to change fries for tots (even though they are the same menu price) if the older red haired woman is up front. I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past but won't be back because of this person. I will tell all I can about my experience, it was so uncalled for and unprofessional.

Never going back. My family traveled over an hour to visit me and get lunch at Saucy Bones. I just moved here and bought a meal ticket as part of a fundraiser for a school. Their website states that hours are 11-8 Monday through Saturday. After trying to call in our order multiple times, we drove to the restaurant just to discover that they were closing. Apparently their hours are 11-3 on Saturday, but it wasn 't even 3 yet. We returned the following Monday to see if they would still take the meal ticket which was now expired. The cashier was incredibly rude to us, barely letting us speak and coming back with mean responses for everything. When we commented that we called many times trying to place our order, she actually said, We must have been busy. I 'm sorry but I don 't think you should be running a restaurant if you can 't even pick up your phone.
