Sushi-ya Chatswood

If you’re after some nice sushi for a casual lunch in Chatswood, I do recommend you try Sushi-Ya.

Delicious local haunt. We love sushi ya chatswood. It's our regular Friday night haunt. We have been to Japan several times and this food is fresh and authentic. We always order the tataki beef with special sauce and the salmon aburi. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced.

Fav dish beef tataki. the house sauce goes so well with it. sushi sashimi is like your average japanese restaurant. service is good if u sit downstairs. upstairs, very difficult to get anyone. staff's helpful polite.

High quality Japanese cuisine literally tucked away and hidden in a corner old house of some block in the outskirts of Chatswood. Excellent, authentic and fresh quality and quantity of food. Diverse menu with very traditional options you can't find anywhere else. Would totally recommend to anyone who enjoys Japanese food, It's very hard to pass up.

Sushi-Ya has been a favourite and reliable 'go to ' for over 15 years be it their Artarmon or Chatswood locations. I can honestly say that I haven 't had a single dish here that wasn 't first class. Always fresh and always prepared perfectly. Value for money is great.
