Chit Chats Bistro - Chatswood

Chicken and beef burgers (on turkish or brioche roll), steak, roast veges, fried fish - the food is far from exotic but it is done well. I've had a few meals from here and have had a good feed every time.I especially admire the consistency. If you ordered a Portuguese chicken burger on brioche last week, you'll get exactly the same tasty plate of food if you order it again this week.I can't take points away for food being unadventurous when it's done this well, at RSL prices. Looking forward to my next visit!

... great service, and an easy-going casual atmosphere is this restaurant in the Chatswood RSL Club. Sure enough it's not fine dining, nor is it a place to impress a first date, but for club food of consistently good quality, I would recommend it unreservedly.

An RSL bistro with a wide range of good quality albeit staid food. Order at the counter and food comes to the table in a timely manner. The decor is looking a little tired. Good for a quick meal

Chit Chats Bistro - Chatsworth Returned Services Club is on our return list of Clubs when we are in Sydney. The Bistro is small, quiet and certainly doesn’t disappoint in terms of the quality of meals and size of serves. Staff are very friendly and make you feel valued. You are not rushed to make room for others. My favourit meal when available is their ‘bangers mash and loads of gravy’ – simply to die for. The meals are not expensive and members receive discounts Other food options at the club are Shades (great Pizzas) and the Ipoh Club (Malaysian) My wife usually dissapears for 5 - 10 minutes once we have orderd our meals. She’s off to enjoy her favorite past time – playing the pokeys. I ring her when the meals arrive. How is that for a flexible arrangement?Good meals, nice atmosphere

Excellent and outstanding food!!! We had the rack of lamb with artichokes and the seared chicken breast with mushrooms and potatoes plus a side leafy salad
