Bangkok Cafe - Chatham-Kent

Lovely place with great food for a good price. The food was scrumptious and the serving size is large too. Recommend for people who really love Thai food.

Really nice Thai place in Chatham. Their pricing is good. We ordered a shrimp pad thai and a Beef pad se ew. I would really recommend to give this place a chance visiting Chatham.

Great pad thai but never once have a showed up when they tell me to and my food be ready. I have waited no less than 15 minutes every time and even 45 minutes after the time they told me to come one time!

As someone whom grew up in the GTA, has eaten lots of pho from various locations, I unfortunately have to say this place serves something that is nowhere near pho. I’m understanding they may have better options on their menu, as well being a thai restaurant not vietnamese I still will not be coming back for more of the pho, was nowhere near what I thought I was going to receive. No cilantro, no onions, the beef was over cooked. No thanks hahaha.

While the food was very good, the service was terrible. There were just two of us and the restaurant was not overly busy. My friend’s food was served a full 15 minutes after mine. The only way to get the server’s attention was to go to the counter. We had to ask twice for about the food. We had to ask for water refills. She never followed up with us at all. Meanwhile she stood behind the counter looking at her phone. Very frustrating. Even though the food was good we won’t be back and we won’t recommend to others.
