The service at this restaurant was outstanding. Despite the busy atmosphere, you would never have known due to the exceptional behavior of the staff. The food was also delicious!

This is my place for breakfast. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Breakfast is my favorite food and flapjacks fit me perfectly.

Went for a late breakfast meeting a friend who wanted to go there and wow it was pretty disgusting. Dirty, run down. Surprised my friend wanted to eat here some how they have a sentimental memory of the place from childhood that blinds them...to the unclean, worn out premises. The waitress was oh so typical Chatham customer service. Short and less than friendly, kind of seemed annoyed we weren't ready to order when we got there, came back to reload coffee but never thought of bringing more water more interested in parking her butt in a booth instead of doing some basic customer service. Perhaps the only redeeming quality was the food then again I got eggs, bacon and homefries so hard to screw that up. Then again didn't really see what the kitchen looked like given how dirty and run down the rest of the place was like glad I didn't see it. To top off the visit this restaurant is fine with having all the food delivered right through the front door. Delivery driver and staff didn't really care about the cold air blasts coming in every time he brought a load in how can't there be a back door? Never again for me.
