Didn't taste good. Tastes like food from a cheap buffet. It was actually really sad

I found a nasty black hair tangled up in a rice. The food was good it just ruined my appetite.

My husband and I order here all the time. We have never had bad service. Friendly people cooking good food. So nice to have you all so close to our home.

Sun Thai in Chatham has poor customer service. Their portions have been shrinking and they don’t fill their rice up all the way. We’ve had problems for awhile. Why do we continue to go there? Because the food is great. Tonight, they messed up my daughters entree and there was also a hair in it. This was the last straw. We called and they said they would remake the entree and we had to go back to pick it up. This is an inconvenience . I have 15 mins to eat during my break and we always eat as a family. Obviously this wasn’t going to happen. They made no attempt to give us anything for their mistake. With gas prices thru the roof, we derserve something for their mistake and lack of hygiene or they should deliver it to us. WHen we questioned them, we were told the manager was on vacation and she texted the owner and Sun said don’t give us anything. This is so ridiculous. We eat here once a week. That’s poor customer service. Call them out for every rice container not filled to the top and every portion that is smaller than usual.

Good food, was a little over 20$ a meal with drinks. Service was slow at about 8 at night. Drinks come in a can also.
