Subway - Chatfield

Two kids working. No eye contact, no smiles and I'm sure they were high. Inattentive, what happened to gracious service?

Excellent sandwich and serviceVegetarian options: I always have them build me a veggie 12 inches on toasted bread with oil and vinegar.

This location doesn't honor coupons or promotional pricing from Subway. That kind of thing makes me wonder if the ingredients, training, and sanitation are up to franchise standards, or if corners are being cut there as well. My sandwich seemed normal, but a little light on the meat compared to other locations.

This subway location has lost my service. We have been in there 3 times now, with the worst service! Very rude and disrespectful to customers. Last time I was in, I was the only in line, 3 people came in behind me. The man making the sandwiches looked up and said “ people” because he didn’t want to work!

Overall the experience at this subway was very disrespectful. The two workers there as soon as we walked in rolled their eyes and gave some dirty looks. Then they kept doing it as we were ordering our subway. They were not careful with building our sandwiches. They were talking about personal stuff while we were there getting our food prepped and paid for. Overall carefree and disrespectful. I will never be using this subway again!
