Little Caesars Pizza - Chaska

Hello! I had a meal here and it was absolutely delicious. I think you would enjoy it as well. The stuffed crazy bread made me feel like I was on cloud nine!

Alexis provided excellent customer service. The pizza was a perfect 20/10, which is an understatement! However, Jeff accidentally bumped into my pizza, which ended up getting sent back to the chefs!

Without a doubt, the best Caez in the metro area! The staff works tirelessly, ensuring that every dish served is of the highest quality and beautifully presented. I love this place—keep up the excellent work!

I would like to begin by saying that this was by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered a pizza, wings and bread sticks to see football with my husband on Thursday night. I knew it would be to do because, hello their ads are on every 3 minutes during the prelude. What I had not expected was after receiving an email reception and a text that my order would be delivered at 7:16 that my order would be canceled. Even my food disappeared and I remained standing. When I called the store, I was told that they gave the DoorDash driver my food, and they took my food and the order. They then told me that they would not be able to repay my money because I paid with a credit card and that they had no way to repay my money. How to pray with cash on the app for delivery? Then they said it was TürDash's fault and I should call her to get my money back. The manager wouldn't call, the whole guy said that NOTHING WE can do. I can give you the number for DoorDash customer service. When I once again explained that I had ordered in the Little Caesars app, he said, but we have nothing to do with the delivery. 2 hours in wait, a message for someone to return my call (never got one) I must finally talk to a real person who, while at least apologizes for the inconvenience, told me I would have to wait 7-10 working days to get my money back. Worst customer service EVER!!!!

The general manager named Jeffery made my order and he had exceptional customer service and made my day so much better with an extra most bestest pizza. Definitely recommend going to little Caesar?s in chaska. Going to this store for now on with my purchases going forward!!!
