Great service. Good footlong, excellent milkshakes....I was surprised at the difficulty of some of the customers....picky and rude. Staff was fine though.

I used to love this restaurant, but their customer service has greatly declined. My experience today was so disappointing that I won't be returning.
As soon as I walk in, I'm always warmly greeted. The service is quick, and the food is delicious.
