The drive thru was badly running, the employee didn't speak well English and was confrontation when he asked about menu points. I am finished without completing my order

Seriously I suggest they close this s and stop ruining the kfc reputation. They give you the coldest and most disgusting chicken out of every kfc i’ve been to. The staff always gives attitude and ignore the customers. Also makes me sick ? when they put their music out loud like it’s a restaurant not a n club. Workers Should get a better training before they start serving. Not coming to this kfc again
