I was thirsty, so I went there to buy some apple kefir soda before heading to the venue. My friend also picked up some natural eye drops.

I might be a bit generous with my adjectives, but this place is fantastic! They have some interesting items in the back, and they also offer mulberries, which I've found to be quite rare. You can find raw chips, vegan ice cream, vegan yogurt, local tofu, personal care products, soaps, and sometimes even local granola (Hudson Henry's is the best vegan option!). They occasionally have special events as well. Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention their impressive selection of prepared vegan macrobiotic dishes, including ginger sushi!

The staff here is fantastic, and Bill is knowledgeable about health food. For those on the go, they offer sandwiches to take away, but primarily it functions as a small food and supplement store. It's conveniently located near Route 81, close to the 250 bypass in an elevated shopping center. The quality of the food is excellent, and the service is personal and attentive. As a local, I truly love this place!
