Panera Bread - Charlottesville

Dirty tables are immediately noticeable. Nobody at the counter so you have to use the fast lane kiosk. When you order dine-in you get your order in a to-go bag, found that very odd. Also found it idd that the manager didn 't see anything wrong with it. Very disappointed with Panera Bread on this visit. I ordered dine-in bowl, what I got was a to-go bowl which is significantly less soup.I want my money back.

Great place to go with the family. They changed their cinnamon buns to cinnamon rolls. The buns would be very moist and delicious. The rolls are hard and dried out and not fit to eat. We returned ours.Parking: Los if spacesKid-friendliness: ? kids menu.

I ordered a duet (med veggie sandwich and tomato soup and a pick 2 (bacon turkey bravo and Greek salad. For both, the sandwiches were absolutely STACKED!My visit was also after lunch, and the dining area was pretty clean considering how busy it gets. I was able to easily locate a clean table to sit at.I ordered at the kiosk, but there were folks at the register and behind the pastry case who were friendly, offered up suggestions about the menu, and were quick to assist mine and other customers needs.I also ordered a smoothie and a bagel, and to get all of my items took about 5 minutes maximum. Very fast service.

Staff always welcoming and nice. Team leader Carolyn is super nice and speaks to everyone. She makes sure the dining areas are clean and in good condition. Great coffee and teas...my favorite lunch is the bowl of tomato ? soup with grilled cheese sandwich. Great place to eat. Love the fireplace on cold days.Kid-friendliness: Spacious area for kids.

We walked into the store, and were at a lost as to where to order or what to do. We called out to one of the staff to ask where can we order. She was not very polite when she told us that we have to use the online screen to order our food. I kept wondering, what if there are elderly people coming in to the facility and do not know how to use the online portal to order. The food was great though
