Lime Leaf - Charlottesville

I've been a loyal customer of Lime Leaf throughout the pandemic when they only offered take-out, and I've always enjoyed their food. However, this was my first time dining in, and I was disappointed by the experience. The food was as good as ever, but we waited an hour and 15 minutes just to receive our drunken noodles and Panang curry. There was a complete lack of communication between the waitress and the customers. I had to inquire twice about the status of our order, and I didn't receive a single water refill during the entire meal.

I ordered the Mussamun Curry, while my husband had the Pad Thai. Both dishes were delicious, and the service was exceptional! The prices were very reasonable as well. This is definitely one of the higher quality Thai restaurants we've visited in the Charlottesville area. We will definitely return!

Love this place! My favorite Thai place ever, and I?ve been to Thailand. The red curry is to die for, but you can?t go wrong with any dish! Highly highly recommend!

Very cute place. Service very fast and professional. Relatively big menu for a Thai restaurant. They are also cheaper than some of the Thai places in town. BUT their portion sizes are also smaller and I wouldn?t say their taste is the best in town. So if you are interesting in trying many things on the menu this would be a good option. If you are hoping for ordering one entree and take 1/2 of home this will disappoint you. Given how far out of town this is and that it?s taste

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff was very pleasant. However, the portions were a bit small, and the flavors seemed slightly off; they could use more spice and a better balance with the fish sauce. Overall, it was still quite satisfying when you're in the mood for Thai food!
