Chick-fil-a - Charlottesville

I have been a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A for several years, but I was extremely disappointed to find plastic in my sandwich during my recent visit. Although they replaced the meal the next day, I was frustrated and annoyed that I had to make the trip back to the restaurant after already getting home.

The chicken at this restaurant is excellent and prepared quickly! I ordered the Minis, which are always a delicious treat. I had some difficulty finding the entrance to the drive-thru, so make sure to look for the signs if you get confused like I did!

Before you drive away, make sure to double-check your order at this restaurant! Don't let them hurry you through the drive-thru. They forgot to give me my drink, even though they weren't very busy. And to top it off, I found a hair in my waffle fries when I got home. Absolutely disgusting! Their quality control is severely lacking. I think I'll be avoiding this location for a while.

We left our iphone and this location was so kind to put it in a safe place. Destiny was so helpful in getting the phone back to us. Thank you!

Food as expected devious fruit bowl and macaroni and cheese but so busy I did drive through they do their best to speed it up with 2 order lines but honestly I avoid this place because it is so busy. I think inside is not as busy as outside.
