On Friday night, the restaurant was understaffed, leading to a longer wait for food and drinks. However, the tap room was pleasantly quiet. We chose not to catch a movie since there wasn't anything playing that interested us.

I have visited the Alamo several times, and I highly recommend this theater, especially for catching new releases that you're eager to see! Everything I've tried from the menu has been delicious. This dinner-and-movie experience is definitely something you should try at least once!

I want to give a huge shoutout to the bartender from last night. We usually like to arrive an hour or two early for our movies to take advantage of the fantastic happy hour specials, and the bartender consistently delivers excellent service. However, last night he really surpassed all expectations. The bar was packed for at least two hours due to the crowds for Barbie and Oppenheimer, and he was managing it all on his own, yet still provided outstanding service to everyone. He knew exactly when to check on customers who needed refills and kept up with new arrivals and their orders. I was truly amazed at how he handled everything on one of the busiest nights I've seen in years.

I absolutely love the alcoholic shakes, particularly the Grasshopper flavor. They also offer handicap-accessible seating, which is great. The service here is incredibly friendly, too. However, be aware that the movies can be quite loud, so if you're sensitive to noise, it might be a good idea to bring earplugs.

We are regular visitors to Alamo, but we're puzzled by the recent price increases! Most menu items have gone up nearly 33% since our last visit two weeks ago. I ended up spending almost $30 on just a pretzel and a draft beer, which is insane. Alamo, please think about adding some more affordable options to your menu—I have a feeling it would actually attract more customers. We love your establishment and will continue to visit, but unfortunately, we won’t be ordering food or drinks anymore due to this price hike.
