Yamazaru Sushi Sake - Charlotte

Good sushi at a good price, parking in front of location, which is a rare gem on this side of the city. service was moderate. had to ask more than once for water-pitcher refills, and we actually wanted to order a roll to share, but our server brought us the leak (without asking us about it) so we were like oh...ok then. Guess we're done. our friends ordered drinks and liked them. it's quite far away for us, but if I were more on the side of the city, I would definitely return. so many delicious rolling on the menu!

Only thing that kept it from 5 stay is the service was fairly slow. We sat outside and it took them a little while to come take our drink order. Then a while longer to take our order. But.. The food was awesome though. Delicious sushi!

Food was top notch, we loved everything we ordered. Everything is fresh and comes out before you can even think about it! However, service was mediocre. Our server never came by to check on the table, we wanted to order more drinks, and he didn't ask but instead gave us our check before we could ask him for anything else. He didn't ask the table if the check was going to be split amongst the three of us, never came to the table besides to take our order, pick up plates, and drop off the check. He never said a word to us besides asking us if our plates were ready to be taken away. He wasn't very friendly and it definitely ruined the atmosphere. Not to mention too, that the lady at the front has a staring problem! If you want good food, I definitely recommend!!! if you don't mind service you'll complain about after. Definitely gave a good conversation at the table.

Amazing service! The best ginger dressing, the Korean beef tender and flavorful. The Sushi so fresh and delish. We will be back again
