Wendy's - Charlotte

This Wendy's location is hit or miss... Long passage lines and not the most user-friendly employees... a lot of time. Today they have it right. The food was hot/fresh and delicious! The person I interacted with was pleasant. Waiting was longer than I would consider normal, but it was definitely worth (today)!

Eating would not have been so bad if it weren't cold. the best at the meal were the fresh pommes.

Cheap food at this place very tasty. The food was so delish. Service is typically about par. this place has a good atmosphere. I can see why they have many good reviews.

While waiting for order. we saw a huge rat running along the side. then we saw it back to whondys. So, no we didn't have to order. we left. will not be back soon.

Very bad we order and we had WENDY'S COUPONS for 4 kids small Frosty and they would not honor them. The MANAGER said they wouldn't take them. So we won't be going be back there there any more. The Service wasn't good either. Very RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO RUN THAT BUSINESS. I WILL AND HAVE BEEN TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS. THEY WILL BE PASSING ON HOW UNPROFESSIONAL they are at this location. from the MANAGER, etc.
