Wendy's - Charlotte

The Triple Baconator is fantastic! It definitely measures up to 8 out of 10, but what really stands out is the excellent service I always receive here!

As my friend placed the first order, we couldn't help but giggle a bit at his attitude. To our surprise, he mocked our laughter over the loudspeaker in a rude manner! We chose to ignore his rudeness and remained polite as we approached the window. To our astonishment, we found an older gentleman beside the young man, whom we assumed was the manager. We thought perhaps he had instructed the young man to behave better, but that wasn't the case. When we reached the window, the older man greeted us with a fake smile, while the young man lingered in the corner, looking irritated. I understand that not everyone enjoys dealing with customers, but it's important to put on a smile and maintain professionalism. My friends and I all work and know that dealing with people can be challenging, but we don’t deserve this kind of treatment, and neither does anyone else.

I can't believe I spent nearly $9 and received the wrong order! The older gentleman who handed me my lunch in the driveway today (3/7) must have confused my order with the car behind me because what I got was nothing like what I had requested. By the time I realized the mistake, I was already home. It's really frustrating, especially since it wasn't even busy at the time. I won't be returning to this place.

This is the second time I've been to Wendy's and have noticed some concerning hygiene practices at the drive-thru window. The last time I visited, I saw what appeared to be a manager sneeze all over the place before handing me my food. Today, I observed an employee scratching inside their nose and then passing me my order. Seriously? At least try to do that discreetly. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before and understand that employees can sometimes be unprofessional, which is unfortunate. But to do this right in front of customers at the drive-thru? Additionally, the food has been cold lately as well.

This location is quite busy, but they do an excellent job of keeping it clean. The food was served quickly and was hot. The french fries are fantastic! The staff is very friendly as well. Overall, this is a wonderful Wendy's location.
