Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely hands down worst service ever wait in line for an unusual amount of time get attitude when ordering, then finally at the window after ordering drinks ofcoarse to be told that a fast resturant is out of straws , and our order was flat out wrong. Could have told when ordering they had no straws could have cked our order before handing it over. Should hire better help or close down either would be an improvement.
Waited 20 min in line Was told in a shift change. I asked if everything was okay it there as the line continued to grow. I was worried about their welfare. The response was “U gonna need to be patient or maybe U should just come back”. Rude. Please not the trash all over the parking lot. I’m sure the inside looks the same. Sad.
RUDE! The customer service is embarrassing. I almost wanted my money back after I got to the window. No hello, no your welcome, no have a good day. I won't be back. Not spending my money were I'm not given common courtesy at the very least.
Service was awful. Waited 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a order of fries. Left got to the light about a half a mile away, and had to go back. Sandwiches were wrong. Got back and explained what was wrong with them. Reordered and they still got them wrong. Asked for a manager, took the manager 15 minutes to come up front. Explained to the manager what was going on, and it still took them 15 minutes to get it right. So I wasted about an hour to a hour and a half trying to get something to eat.
I placed an order online, via the Wendy 's website. I ordered their new apple salad, fries from a coupon, and a chicken sandwich meal. I ordered it at 1am. Got my Uber from the airport and got there at 134am. An employee outside side my order was cancelled. The GM on site refused to help me and literally everyone just ignored me. The woman outside said I need to call Uber even after I told her that I placed the order directly through Wendy 's website for pickup through drive-thru. She said that they ran out of fries so they cancelled orders. I wasn 't offered or asked about a substitution or refund or even any type of credit. This was 30 minutes BEFORE they 're supposed to close. That 's awesome, thanks. Great way to welcome me to the city.
