The chicken was dry and the drinks were weak. I had to request water three times.

I ordered the avocado bacon sandwich with Havarti cheese, and the combination of flavors was delightful. Others at my table had the fried Pimento cheese and fried green tomato sandwich, which they enjoyed, although it was quite filling. They also had the fried chicken served with collard greens, which was excellent. The service was fantastic. It's a casual family restaurant, so the noise level was high, but it wasn’t bothersome at all.

I was thrilled to finally secure a reservation on a Sunday. Both the food and service were outstanding.

Far too expensive for what it is even in the city. 15.95 for fried chicken and it was so overcooked it was cordy and I had to chew for everyone. I didn't have the heart to disturb the waitress when she was so sweet and friendly. my wife had garnel and grits and she said it was okay, but at one point I had to show a garnel and ask if it was cooked enough. over and under (pun intended) on tuopy, they save the $50 for lunch and go to a nut and pop dinner for the half of the geld and better food.

Food was tasteless, chicken was dry, the meatloaf was actually a meatball and tasteless.
