The Local Charlotte

It's a really great place with a welcoming atmosphere. The drink prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, the DJ wasn’t impressive during my visit; he repeated several songs and struggled to keep the energy up. However, I still had a good time and will definitely come back.

The Local is located right across from the Blumenthal Theater in Uptown Charlotte is a pretty good spot the people are chill and the drinks were pretty good. It's a very diverse crowd which is what we like and everybody came together to have fun andthere was no drama. The dj that night was pretty good too, there is no parking so you have to get in where you fit in. So Iwould recommend trying to get Uptown a little early. They serve food also but we haven't tried any of it.

The Local is always an enjoyable bar with great music and a fantastic DJ that sets the perfect vibe. The atmosphere is consistently lively and fun, and they offer great drink and food specials as well. My only suggestion would be to have a few more options for draft beers.

This place is fantastic! It features large communal tables indoors and plenty of seating outside. There are loads of TVs for sports, making it one of the best spots around. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the table-clearing service was a bit sluggish, which led to a buildup of food and drinks. However, I understand that the bartenders were busy, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we had a great time during our visit!

Great place... My son and I was looking for a spot to grab something to eat quickly before the game... Needless to say they have amazing food and the hospitality was great... I highly recommend the Reuben and the sweet potato tots!!!
