Terrible service, terrible treatment, fearful location. never again!

The waiter tiffany is a bad waiter. before she completes the order, she leaves! she had to get the mgr for a drink. it's cool, I get it, but at least the order before the execution. after the conversation with the mgr, mgr was made aware that tiffany did not get a tip. then zooms it over and says someone else will be your waiter. I didn't come to the table that went from us, not even to look at us and says someone else will be your waiter. frankly, the treatment was rude, she acted like a ghetto-snotty-ruff witch. After tiffany had made this little stunt, we all drove on the road and went out. I wanted to bless the waitress who had a good customer service this day. I guess my blessings were not accepted on the day. some people really rely on good customer service after a rough week at work. oh well. so be it. whatever.

The manager christine tried to accept after my statement that I made over ot reservations. she said I shouldn't have had more than six. that was not my problem and shared with her the customer. I also sent an email to ot because it was uncomfortable.

They refused to honor our reservation. We had a confirmation email and number but was told they had closed reservations for parties over 6.

Because we were the only other table in our section I thought service would have been good. I was wrong, although the service was not to bad when the waitress was at the table . It was the waiting that was getting to be annoying. The meal came out with the appetizer. The waitress never came back to check up on us, she then refilled the drinks at the end of the meal.
