Taco Bell - Charlotte

This Taco Bell was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy and the tables were dirty. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. The temperature inside was unbearable, making it more pleasant to sit outside in the 95-degree weather. The food was average, but it was disappointing to find out that green onions were no longer available on menu items without any notification. Avoid this rundown location and save your time.

Service was super slow but there were only two people working and they tried to do the work. in view of the problems I have seen.

Is this place open? Do they not count on it. taco bell tries to get out of business. please just go away so someone else can move in.

Absolutely terrible. I had a simple question 3 chips and cheese, 1 chess roll up, 1 hard taco no meat- just bran and cheese this position almost.

Terrible! he waited 18 minutes in the car thru with only two cars in front of me. I was locked up, or obviously I would have left. no drinking straw, order was wrong (no excuse) tacos broken /grease everywhere. Cinnamon-Drill were tiny pieces of broken spirals. I'm going out of the way to another place. that's been bad for years.
