Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

Delicious food, cheap, and the noon line moves pretty fast. Overall, great service with an exception...the lady in the register must either do to be happy and enjoyable or get a job that is not in customer service!

Decent service and food; however, extremely overpriced. I ordered a small whole wheat quesadilla with ONLY cheese, and a side of black beans and brown rice (for which they used one container with a scoop each of rice/beans) and I was charged $9.95... For a single quesadilla wrap, sprinkled with cheese, set onto the oven rack, and a bit of rice and beans scooped into a container, I paid $10 for lunch (no chips, no drink, no dessert). That seems very inappropriately priced, therefore I will not be making this my daily lunch spot.

Food is good for a quick lunch. A key issue is that all employees should be customer centric, it is sad when the 1st one to take your order is rude and dismissive. The next time I want nachos for lunch I will go to Moe's

Per previous comments, foods good but they need to hire some people with decent manners and less attitude. Just ordered there and was served by the rudest person I've met during my three months in Charlotte. Barked at me, gave me a death stare and then handed out the smallest portions she could possibly get away with. I've seen people do hard time with much better attitude that this lady. Given the staff seem to hate the public so much, makes me question if they do anything to the food. Sadly will skip this place as a result and just head to Chipotle next time.

Be wary of this location. Regardless of the customer volume they act like they are the busiest restaurant around and focus on quantity over quality. One of the employees today spilled my nachos onto the counter and instead of re-doing the plat tried to pick it up and put it all back into the container. After correcting the issue I get back to my office to find that the bottom half of my nachos were nothing but liquid as they were moving too fast to let the ingredients drain before adding them to my nachos... yummy. Way to lose yet another customer Salsarita's... it's not like your location has been doing that well lately so very surprised you're not more focused on customer service.
